Recife, capital of the State of Pernambuco, situated in the coastal northeastern region & occupying a central position, 120 Km from João Pessoa, the 800 km from the other two regional metropolises, Salvador and Fortaleza, disputing with them the strategical space of influence in the Region.

Here, Boa Viagem, inaugurated in the government of Sergio Loreto, on 20 of October 1924, when in it made to implant a line of the trams of the Pernambuco Tramways, transforming it with the time into the beautiful beach of the region. The construction of the Good Avenue Trip, in 1924, and its proximity with the Airport of the Guararapes, in had very contributed for the development of the quarter that, in October of 1954, saw the inauguration of its first hotel of international classroom, the Good Hotel Trip, "with 100 apartments of front for the sea".
